Alo Tech Solutions — Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 29, 2026

These Terms govern all transactions with Alo Tech Solutions ("Alo Tech", "we", "us"). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using alotechparts.com, you ("Customer", "you") accept these Terms.

1. Business Customers Only

Alo Tech Solutions is a B2B (business-to-business) reseller of enterprise IT hardware. Orders require a valid business contact, company name, and tax identifier (where applicable). We do not sell to consumers for personal/household use.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from issue date unless otherwise stated. Prices are in USD. All international quotes default to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — one all-inclusive price with all duties + VAT + broker fees included. Prices are subject to product availability and may change without notice.

3. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following B2B payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (credit/debit)
  • PayPal (business invoice)
  • Stripe (credit card processor)
  • Wire transfer in USD
  • Purchase Orders (PO) accepted — Net 30 terms available on approved accounts

4. Purchase Order Process

To place an order with a PO: email your PO to info@alotechsolutions.com referencing the relevant quote number. We will confirm acceptance within 1 business day. First-time PO customers may be asked to complete a brief credit application for Net 30 approval.

5. Same-Country Billing

For compliance with international tax and customs regulations, the bill-to entity must be in the same country as the ship-to physical address. We cannot bill a partner/agent in one country while shipping to a different country.

6. Product Authenticity

All hardware sold is genuine OEM — sealed, sourced through authorized distribution channels, and carrying full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished products, when offered, are labeled as such and may carry a shorter warranty.

7. Warranty Pass-Through

Manufacturer warranties (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Juniper, Fortinet, NVIDIA, Lenovo, IBM, Mellanox, Seagate, etc.) pass through to you, the end-user. We assist with warranty registration and RMA submission as a B2B service.

See our Shipping Policy for full details. By default, international orders ship DDP — door-to-door with all customs handled by us. FOB Miami available on request.

9. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full RMA process. Defective items: 30-day RMA window plus manufacturer warranty. Non-defective returns: 15% restocking fee applies.

10. Export Control & Sanctions

We comply with US export law (BIS EAR, OFAC sanctions). We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea. Customer represents that the end-user is not on any deny list (BIS Entity List, OFAC SDN, etc.).

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the price paid for the specific item(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: supplier delays, customs holdups, carrier service disruptions, natural disasters, government action, or international conflict.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://alotechparts.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
