High-Density 25G Switching for Scalable Core Architectures

The FortiSwitch-AX9000G-LC25 is a high-performance line card designed to expand Fortinet AX9000G modular switch platforms with dense 25G connectivity. Built for modern data center and enterprise core deployments, it delivers massive port density and high-speed uplinks while maintaining operational flexibility through a hot-swappable design.

This line card integrates seamlessly into the FortiSwitch-AX9000G chassis, enabling organizations to scale bandwidth without redesigning their switching architecture. It is ideal for environments requiring deterministic performance, simplified expansion, and long-term scalability.

Key Benefits & Features

• Dense 25G Access Connectivity: Forty-eight SFP28 ports support 25G and 10G speeds, enabling high-density server, storage, and aggregation connections.
• High-Speed Uplinks: Four QSFP28 ports deliver 100G or 40G uplink capacity for core, spine, or data center interconnect scenarios.
• Hot-Swappable Design: Install or replace the line card without powering down the chassis, minimizing downtime during upgrades or maintenance.
• Modular Scalability: Designed for the FortiSwitch AX9000G series, allowing flexible port mix and future-proof expansion.
• Enterprise-Grade Reliability: Engineered for continuous operation in mission-critical switching environments.
