Frequently Asked Questions
Is Intel still making NUC kits?
Intel handed the NUC line to ASUS in 2023. Intel-branded NUC 13 and earlier kits remain available from stock, and newer generations are sold as ASUS NUC.
Do Intel NUC kits include memory and storage?
No — kits are barebone. They take SO-DIMM memory and M.2 SSDs, which we can quote installed.
Can I replace an older NUC with a newer one?
Usually yes for desktop and signage use, as the mounting and footprint are similar; check ports and power if the unit is built into a kiosk or machine.
