Hot-swap fan modules, fan trays and fan assemblies for enterprise server, switch and storage chassis — Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Cisco UCS and Nexus, Supermicro, IBM, Juniper and NetApp.
What this category covers
Hot-plug fan modules and fan cages for rack servers; fan trays for network switches and chassis routers; blade enclosure fan modules; high-performance fan kits for GPU and high-TDP CPU configurations; redundant fan assemblies; fan brackets, shrouds and air baffles that ship as part of a fan kit.
Specifying a server fan
Server fans are chassis-specific and generation-specific: a PowerEdge R740 fan will not seat in an R750, and a standard fan will not cool a GPU-populated node — Dell and HPE both ship separate high-performance fan SKUs for those builds, and the iDRAC/iLO will throttle or alarm if the wrong ones are fitted. Send the server's service tag or the chassis model plus the fan part number and we will confirm the fit and whether your configuration needs the high-performance variant.
