Protective relays, metering and switchgear control for medium- and high-voltage distribution. Anchored on GE Multilin — the 269, 469, 489, 745, 750/760, F35/F60 and SR-series platforms — with Basler Electric excitation and protection, Square D switchgear components and Schweitzer relays.
What we stock
Motor protection relays (269 Plus, 369, 469); generator and transformer protection (489, 745, 745 transformer management); feeder management relays (750/760, F35, F60); the UR family and its I/O, CPU and communications modules; Basler Electric voltage regulators, excitation systems and protective relays; Square D circuit breaker trip units, control power transformers and switchgear accessories; metering and monitoring transducers.
Specifying a relay replacement
Multilin relays are ordered as a coded string that fixes the CT/VT input ranges, the control power supply, the communications option and the mounting style — two relays with the same family name can be electrically incompatible. Get the full order code from the relay's nameplate, not just "a 469". On the UR platform, individual modules are slot- and revision-dependent, and a CPU module from a newer firmware branch may not communicate with older I/O cards in the same chassis. Send us the order code and firmware revision and we will confirm before quoting.
Obsolescence
Several of these platforms are past end-of-life at the OEM. We source new-old-stock, tested refurbished units and direct replacements, and we will tell you honestly when a like-for-like no longer exists and a retrofit is the only real option.
What to include in your quote request
Full order code from the nameplate, firmware revision if visible, quantity, whether the protection scheme is currently out of service, acceptable condition, and destination country. Worldwide DDP shipping, purchase orders accepted, 24-hour quote turnaround.
