⚠ NDAA Section 889 — U.S. federal procurement restriction
Hikvision is named in Section 889 of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act. U.S. federal agencies, and contractors or grant recipients using federal funds, are prohibited from procuring or using this equipment. Hikvision is also on the FCC Covered List, which restricts new equipment authorisations. If your project is federal, defence-related or federally funded, do not specify this brand — contact us and we will quote an NDAA-compliant equivalent from Axis, Bosch, Hanwha Vision or Mobotix. This restriction does not apply to private commercial buyers, or to buyers outside the United States, where Hikvision remains legal to purchase and operate.
Hikvision network cameras, recorders and accessories, supplied for commercial and international projects where the brand is permitted.
What we stock
DS-2CD series network cameras (dome, bullet, turret, PTZ and panoramic); DS-7600 / DS-7700 / DS-96000 series NVRs and DVRs; DS-KV and DS-KH video intercom stations; PoE switches and injectors; brackets, junction boxes, pole mounts and housings; storage and HDD options for recorder chassis.
Compatibility notes
Hikvision regional variants matter: a unit built for the China domestic market will not accept the international firmware, and cross-flashing bricks the device. We supply international (non-CN) SKUs unless you specify otherwise. Recorder channel counts and PoE-port counts are fixed at the hardware level and cannot be licensed upward. Cameras must match the recorder's supported codec and resolution ceiling — send us both part numbers if you want us to check the pairing.
Requesting a quote
Send the Hikvision model number, quantity, destination country, and confirm the deployment is not federal or federally funded if shipping to the United States. Worldwide DDP shipping, purchase orders accepted, quote within 24 hours.
