Specifying a replacement drive or board
Drive part numbers encode horsepower, input voltage and enclosure type in a single string — 6MDDN-010102 is not interchangeable with 6MDAN-2P3101 even though both are Reliance MD-series. If you are replacing a drive, send the full model code from the nameplate plus the motor's HP and voltage. If you are replacing a board inside a drive, send the board part number and the drive model it lives in: the same board number can appear across drive families with different firmware.
Repair, exchange and refurbished
Many of these drives have been out of production for years. We supply new-old-stock where it exists, tested refurbished units, and repaired-exchange on core boards. Tell us which you can accept — insisting on new-sealed on a 20-year-old FlexPak will usually mean no availability at all, and a tested refurbished unit is the realistic path.
