Variable-frequency drives, DC drives and the control, power and interface boards that go inside them. The bulk of this category is Reliance Electric — FlexPak, MD60, MD65, GV3000 and the SP/SB drive families — plus Parker/Eurotherm SSD, Control Techniques, Baldor, Fuji Electric and Electro-Craft.
What we stock
Complete AC drives (MD60, MD65, GV3000) and DC drives (FlexPak 3000, FlexPak Plus, MaxPak); regulator and control boards; power/gate driver boards and SCR stacks; interface and communications option cards (Modbus/TCP, DeviceNet, Profibus); keypads and operator interfaces; cooling fans and capacitor banks for drive chassis; Parker/Eurotherm SSD 590 and 690 series boards.
Specifying a replacement drive or board
Drive part numbers encode horsepower, input voltage and enclosure type in a single string — 6MDDN-010102 is not interchangeable with 6MDAN-2P3101 even though both are Reliance MD-series. If you are replacing a drive, send the full model code from the nameplate plus the motor's HP and voltage. If you are replacing a board inside a drive, send the board part number and the drive model it lives in: the same board number can appear across drive families with different firmware.
Repair, exchange and refurbished
Many of these drives have been out of production for years. We supply new-old-stock where it exists, tested refurbished units, and repaired-exchange on core boards. Tell us which you can accept — insisting on new-sealed on a 20-year-old FlexPak will usually mean no availability at all, and a tested refurbished unit is the realistic path.
What to include in your quote request
Full model code or board part number, revision, quantity, whether the line is currently down, acceptable condition (new / refurbished / exchange), and destination country. Worldwide DDP, purchase orders accepted, quotes within 24 hours.
